President
Kevin Guidry has been a leader on the playing field, in business and civic affairs, in government and on local television. The former LSU standout and third-round NFL draft pick has been president of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, civic volunteer, and longtime co-host of “Sports Sound Off.”

President
Kevin D. Guidry of Lake Charles was appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District by Gov. John Bel Edwards in August 2021. He was the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Police Jury president in 2010 and 2017 while representing District 9 for 18 years.
He is married to the former Michelle Gallow and is the father of two daughters, Kayla and Khristian. He is senior deacon of Faith Vision Ministries. He is actively involved in sports ministry, marriage ministry and Christian based football and basketball camps though out Louisiana.
He was a four-year football varsity scholarship athlete at Louisiana State University, majoring in journalism. A third-round NFL draft pick in 1987, he played eight years for the Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons, Phoenix Cardinals, the World League and the Arena Indoor Football League.
He co-hosts “SoundOff 60,” which airs on the local CBS affiliate, and is an active member of NFL Alumni Inc.
Guidry has served on the Calcasieu Parish Drug Advisory Board, Southwest Louisiana Marine Institute, United Way Hall of Fame Board, Louisiana State Board of Child Abuse Prevention and Louisiana Society of Association Executives. He currently serves on the LSU Charlie McClendon Scholarship Foundation Board, Salvation Army Board, SWLA Boy Scouts and Lake Charles Memorial Hospital Medical Group.
He also serves as a Police Jury liaison representative for Lake Charles, Recreation District, Ward 3, Burton Coliseum, Human Services Advisory Board (past president), Industrial Development Board, Entergy, Lake Area Industry Alliance and PPG Industries. He is an active member of the LSU L Club and SWLA LSU Alumni Association.
He has won American Red Cross Board Member of the Year, Martin Luther King Community Service Award, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Community Service Award and Black History Hall of Fame-Trailblazer Award.

Mary Jo Bayles brings new transportation experience to the board after retiring as executive director DeQuincy Industrial Airport and city planner for DeQuincy. She has served multiple times as the airshow director of the nonprofit Chennault International Airshow.

John Cradure is the former owner/president of Sun Companies and Sun Midstream Services of Westlake and the former vice president of business development of Primoris Energy Services of Deer Park, Texas. Since selling the Sun Companies, has been the owner of Calvins Online, an e-commerce website selling gas and diesel performance parts, and LAD Dyno & Auto, a performance shop.

He is a former 14th Judicial District Court law clerk for Judges Robert Wyatt, Arthur Planchard and Al Gray.

Tom Lorenzi is the founding attorney, in 1990, of the Lake Charles law firm of Lorenzi & Barnat. In 2007, the Louisiana Bar Foundation named him an Outstanding Attorney of the Year. He also has been named on the Super Lawyers list for 2007, 2008 and 2009. He is listed among “The Best Lawyers in America” and is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Thomas L. Lorenzi

Thomas L. Lorenzi was appointed to the Port of Lake Charles board of commissioners in 2017 by Governor John Bel Edwards. He is an attorney with Lorenzi & Barnatt, LLC, and was named the 2007 Distinguished Attorney by the Louisiana Bar Foundation. Lorenzi is a Fellow with the American College of Trial Lawyers and has received the David A. Hamilton Lifetime Achievement Award from the Louisiana State Bar Association. He has also served as president and board member for various state and local professional associations throughout his legal career.
Lorenzi is married to Stephanie “Frou” Lorenzi. Their son, Dan Lorenzi—who also practices with Lorenzi & Barnatt—and his wife, Catherine, are the parents of two daughters. The family also raises cattle in a commercial operation in Welsh, La.

Cheyenne Boudreaux is managing partner of Mission Flares and Combustion, a business that designs, manufactures, installs and services flare, combustor and vapor recovery equipment for all segments of the oil and gas industry.
He also has operated ColKon Investments and been the managing member of Southern Solid Waste.

Julie Moore Miller is Senior Vice President at First Federal Bank of Louisiana. She has 30-plus years of banking experience. She is a business administration graduate of McNeese and is a current student in the LSU Graduate School of Banking. Ms. Miller is a past chair of the Community Foundation of SWLA and the SWLA Better Business Bureau and serves on the Calcasieu Parish Public Trust Authority. She is a Leadership SWLA graduate, a Junior League sustainer, and a Chi Omega alumna.
